C Card Registration Training - Ashfield Health Village, Kirkby in Ashfield - 19.01.2021

This is a one day training course for those who already do ****-to-**** work with young people and wish to be trained to register young people onto the C-Card scheme. All attendees will be required to complete the Basic Sexual Health and C Card E-Learning prior to the **** to **** course.


Aim



To enable participants to obtain information about the C-Card Scheme, its background and the procedures involved. The course provides role clarification and some sexual health information to enable participants to successfully implement the C-Card scheme in their location. 



Intended for:



Those who already do ****-to-**** work with young people and wish to register young people onto the C-Card scheme, and become a C Card Site. 



Objectives:



To have the confidence and skill to successfully register young people onto the C-Card scheme.


Raise awareness of some of the complex issues that young people may have with regards to their sexual health and relationships


Increase knowledge of specialist sexual health services, and be able to signpost young people to them


Provide relevant resources to implement the C Card Scheme successfully within your provision.



Courses are FREE of charge to ALL those who work with young people in Nottinghamshire County.


There will be a charge of £40 per delegate if you fail to inform us of non-attendance within 24 hours of the training
