Building your Resilience , Pynes Hill Business Centre, Friday, 06. September 2019

Are you feeling out of control?  Are you facing a business challenge that seems to be beating you?  Struggling to sleep? Feeling worried about how to overcome a problem that you just can't seem to get control of?
This session on RESILIENCE could be just what you need!
We need resilience in business and in life, but the times we need it most, are the times when it's difficult to muster the energy to tackle our challenges and be positive about overcoming our problems.
But resilience is a skill, and skills can be learned.  So we are going to take you through the steps to learn how to be truly resilient and rise like a phoenix from whatever challenges you are facing.  You ARE strong enough, you just don't feel it right now.  We are here to guide you and support you, ensuring you have the tools and tips to take on the greatest of your problems.
This session will explore, in an intimate group, what resilience really is and how to develop a personal plan to keep you bouncing back, even when it's really tough.
