Open to professional healers, yoga enthusiasts, yoga teachers and all who want to improve their health. An accreditation exam is offered for those wishing to be recognised professionally. Lunch and refreshments are included.

Develop a breathing / pranayama practice. Pranayama is the practice of ancient yogic breathing techniques, consciously control the flow of breath enhances the flow of energy (your life force) in your body and to your brain.
