Bread-Making Workshop, Riverford Field Kitchen - Organic Restaurant, Tuesday, 15. January 2019

Learn a variety of bread types and techniques from our Riverford chefs in this practical baking day with a little veg-magic thrown in. 
You’ll be welcomed with coffee and greeted by our chef, and get stuck straight into making a selection of breads.  The content of each workshop changes but expect to be making some of the field kitchen favourites such as sourdough, soda bread, traditional loaves, foccacia and a little added seasonal veg to make your bread even more inspiring.
This hands-on workshop will teach you essential skills to elevate your bread to impressive levels.
You’ll enjoy a light, seasonal lunch in The Riverford Field Kitchen, and take home a selection of breads made during the day, plus a pot of Peggy: our very own sourdough starter culture to continue baking at home.
