Beginners Yoga is for anyone who feels the need for a gentle and uplifting form of exercise to stretch those overworked and tired muscles whilst also creating space in the mind and eliminating overthinking, tension and worry. Your breathing is the key to relaxing your mind and soon enough your body will follow. Yoga isn't about touching your toes, its about your own personal journey on the way down. I teach a Hatha based yoga focusing on a series of postures accessible to most people no matter what shape, size or level you may be, I encourage you to come along and give it a go! over the first 12 weeks we will practice a series of forward bends, back bends, twists, seated and lying down postures incorporating core work and balancing at a beginners level.
