Beginners Stunt Workshop - Thursday 22nd August. 1:30-3:00 , Brave Allstars, Thursday, 22. August 2019

Come and learn how to stunt. Suitable for those wanting to try stunting for the first time or have had little experiance. 
Athletes will usually be split into stunt groups that are made up of a backspot (Tallest group member), 2x side bases (medium height members of similar size to each other), flyer (smallest/ most flexible group member) and sometimes a front spot (similar to the side bases height).
Please note, once you are checked into this session and come into the gym, there is no front of house open during this time for guests/parents to wait.
We ask that you bring a bottle of water, all jewellery is removed or taped up, hair is out of the ****, you wear comfortable, sporting clothes and bare feet or cheer shoes - cheer shoes are preferred for stunting, especially for flyers. 
Due to the positive and relaxed culture at Brave, we implement a closed session policy. We find this helps participants to feel at ease and confident to step outside their comfort zone to progress. You will be invited in during the last 10 minutes of the session to see what your child has been working on.
Please use the parking bays provided to the side and back of the premises, depending on the time of day there may also be roadside parking. Please avoid parking in the neighbouring businesses spaces whilst they are open.
