Are your Services Person Centred? Developing Person Centred Practice; coproducing a ‘how to guide’ for supervision and appraisals in health and social care in Sheffield.
Disability Sheffield, with funding from Skills for Care is coproducing a ‘how to guide’ about person centred skills and approaches in supervision and appraisals
Some workshops will be held to find out peoples’ views and experiences about person centred approaches and how they can be put into workplace supervision and appraisals.
We want as many people as possible to be involved so that the guide is full of lived experiences and examples of what is ‘good’ person centred support and assistance.
The workshops are for front line workers, managers, people who employ personal assistants and others who have an interest in this area. So, if you have an experience to share, or something to say about health and social care and person centred approaches in supervision please do come along to one of the workshops.
