6 x Weekly Mindful Moorland Walking and Meditation Sessions, Near Hay Tor, Tuesday, 06. August 2019

Weekly on Tuesdays 7pm-8.30pm.

Tune into nature and to your inner self with a short mindful walk followed by a meditation session.  Outside on beautiful and wild Dartmoor; each week will explore a different location and theme in a light yet engaged way.

Shake off the busy-ness and freneticism of daily life through mindfulness, engaging with nature and getting back in touch with your true essence.  Take in the fresh air, tranquillity and ruggedness of the Moors.  Zone out from technology for a short time.  Connect with nature, yourself and the community of a group.  Benefit from the higher level of focus and energy created when meditating with others.  Feel calm, refreshed, centred and grounded.

Week 1 - Acceptance
Week 2 - Radical Acceptance
Week 3 - Surrender
Week 4 - Forgiveness
Week 5 - Hope & Faith 
Week 6 - Star on the Horizon

What to bring:
Sturdy shoes such as walking boots, wet weather gear, warm layers, hat, sunglasses, water, snack, something to sit on (blanket, cushion - whatever you are comfortable meditating on), an open heart!

Prices:
