6 Week Intensive Fitness/Strength Training Courses - Evening Basildon/Stanford-Le-Hope area , The P.T Barn, Monday, 07. January 2019

Thankyou. We have made the tough decision to cancel all Classes and Group Training sessions until things are settled and social gatherings are safe. We have been really pleased how well the processes we have put in place have been delivered and carried out from our clients over the last 2-3 Weeks. We thank them all for taking things as serious as they have to ensure safety during these tough times We really want to continue to work with our clients remotely as much as we can and are thinking of ways to help keep them motivated and healthy over this period. My main fear is that the deaths and Long Term health implications will be far worse post Virus than the deaths during the Virus itself. It is clear that this needs to be done Short Term and the quicker we can flatten the curve, the better for everyone. but we really need to work hard for what I think will be the Long Term Issue. People will be completely changing their ways of life, potentially becoming unmotivated, eating poorly due to lack of motivation, not exercising/moving enough, not getting enough Vit D and suffering from Anxiety and Depression further down the line as well as lots of other Mental and Physical Issues. Again, this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do what we are doing, but be careful and look after your Long Term Health alongside your Short Term Health. We will be thinking of a few ways of assisting our clients with this as we go along and will be in contact. A few ideas that I have already put into place before I get ‘proper’ content out. - Added more natural Anti-Inflammatory Food like Ginger, Garlic and Turmeric. - Drinking more water. - Exercising first thing every morning to start the day with something positive. - More Immune Boosting Foods and continuing to make sure I get plenty of Vit C/Iron. - Getting Isla (9 Years Old) into a ‘Normal’ routine. Structure and Routine is so important for Kids mental health. It is really tough in the Short Term but will make life much easier for us and better for Isla from this initial effort. - Before 09:00 – Anything she likes but must be dressed and ready for School start at 09:00. - 09:00-10:15 – Outdoor Play/Outdoor Exercise. We are lucky enough to have our own Private Training Field so can train without any chances of contamination but the Garden will do just fine. - 10:15-10:45 – Breakfast. Moving breakfast to later in the day will really help parents out. The times between meals will be shorter as a result which will stop the potential of easy snacking because there is more food available compared to at school. This will help maintain a balanced energy level and better behaviour. - 10:45-11:45 – Maths – Day 1 she does ‘Real Life’ Maths where we come up with challenges and problem-solving real-life maths which is often forgot in school. Day 2 she will do ‘Proper’ Maths which has been set by the school and will assist with keep her on target with school curriculum.

11:45-12:15 – Art – Isla is really creative so we want to keep pushing this.

12:15-13:15 – English – Day 1 we will get her to do ‘Real Life’ English where she will write letters, etc. Day 2 she will do ‘Proper’ English which has been set by the school and will assist with keep her on target with school curriculum. You will be please to know that Karen will be doing her English lesson and not me haha!!

13:15-14:00 – Lunch – No trash T.V, documentaries only or outdoor/indoor play.

14:00-15:00 – Science/Life Skills – This is the bit we are most excited about as it is quite possible that with our busy lifestyles it could have been forgotten. Things from Gardening through to Cooking and much more. Plus learning the science behind it (How Plants grow/Nutrition and Human Body). 15:00 Onwards – Play Time and Evening activities. These are just a few ideas that I have started to put into place but will start to get together some ideas to help keep my clients Physically and Mentally Healthy Short and Long Term. 6 Week Intensive Fitness/Strength Training Courses - Evening Basildon/Stanford-Le-Hope area 

After the major success of previous Courses the 6 Week Intensive Fitness/Strength Courses this has become a permanent fixture of The P.T Barn.

On this course clients have been able to shed up to 7% Body Fat in just 6 weeks as well as amazing changes in body shape and tone. What’s more important is that the course teaches you how to live a healthier lifestyle and ways to change thought processes once the 6 weeks are up. You can expect big improvements in fitness levels, strength & conditioning, self-confidence and many other health related issues.

The class involves a wide mix of body weight training, resistance training and high impact cardio training. You will train alongside a wide range of fitness levels and abilities but will still be expected to train as part of a team as much as you can to get each other through the sessions. Everyone will have their own strengths and weaknesses so the idea is to help the weaker out on your strength’s. A real great way to train alongside a great bunch of people. To attend this course you will need an intermediate and above fitness/strength level . This is to ensure that you can keep up with intensity of the training without the risk of injury. A lot of people check out our website and see all our obstacle training stuff, this is totally different. This course is for normal people trying to get amazing results. Saying that, our sessions are hosted at Essex leading outdoor training facility and we make the most of it!

With Each Course You Will Receive The Following;

- 18 one hour outdoor training sessions just for course members.

- An hour consultation to discuss your individual goals.

- A 6 week tick sheet to monitor training.

- A 6 week daily training plan to assist in gaining great results.

- Advised stretching sheet.

- Free body stats measurements.

- Nutritional Advice and guidance to help set up your meal plan.

- Supplement advice to further assist your goals.

- Personal Online area to track your training.

- 7 Day a week free advice.

Intensive Course Classes:

- Monday – 19:30-20:30 – Suspension Training mixed with Cardio and Body Weight exercises - Basildon/Stanford-Le-Hope area – Just for Intensive Course members.

- Tuesday – 19:30-20:30– Kettlebell Training mixed with Cardio and Body Weight exercises - Basildon/Stanford-Le-Hope area – Just for Intensive Course members.

- Thursday – 19:30-20:30 – Circuit Training mixed with Cardio and Body Weight exercises – Basildon/Stanford-Le-Hope area – Just for Intensive Course members.

All sessions are run from our main location in Basildon/Stanford-Le-Hope area (SS17 9NH, One Tree Hill).

- Course 1 - Mon 06/01/20 – Thur 30/01/20 – 4 Week Course - (£100).

- Course 2 – Mon 17/02/20 – Thur 26/03/20.

- Course 3 – Mon 30/03/20 – Thur 07/05/20.

- Course 4 – Mon 11/05/20 – Thur 25/06/20 - 6 Week Course (Run over 7 weeks) No sessions on Thur 11th, Mon 15th, Tue 16th or Thur 18th June. These are replaced by 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th June.

- Course 5 – Mon 29/06/20 –  Thur 06/08/20.

- Course 6 – Mon 17/08/20 - Thur 29/09/20 - 6 Week Course (Run over 7 weeks) No sessions on Thur 17th, Mon 21st or Tue 22nd Sep. These are replaced by 24th, 28th, and 29th Sep.

- Course 7 – Mon 05/10/20 – Thur 12/11/20.

- Course 8 – Mon 16/11/20 – Thur 17/12/20 – 5 Week Course - (£125).
