5-week Empowerment Coaching Course in Marple with Westfield Coaching, the hive @39 - well-being, health & exercise, Thursday, 28. February 2019

My 5 week programme will help YOU to identify areas in YOUR life that YOU can start to improve NOW. Together we will look at strategies that you can start to implement straight away. I envisage each session to be supportive, creative and fun and can be attended as individual sessions or as a progressive course. As a qualified Art Tutor I hope to bring fun and creativity into the sessions too! - All you need to bring is an open mind and a readiness to improve you wellness!
Group Coaching sessions are a fantastic way to learn strategies and to empower yourself by sharing with other people who are also looking to make positive changes in their lives.
Subjects covered on the courses include core values and what they mean to you, change and the impact of change, healthy & unhealthy relationships and what part you play. We look at the people you surround yourself with and how that can impact both positively and negatively on your self esteem, levels of anxiety as well as how we manage our emotions. We look at recapturing happiness within your life by looking at what fills you up!​
Each week we look at actions that you can take for your own wellbeing and using the group as confidants, cheerleaders and challengers, together we begin to learn new ways of dealing with everyday situations in ways that empower us, move us forward and help us to commit to lifelong changes to our wellbeing. This, in turn, makes us happier, more content and free from shackles of anxiety, low self esteem and anger.
